Job Searching

I am looking for another job. Because my job that I currently have the work environment is not great.

I work in the home health aide field and it is not the behaviors of the clients that are terrible it is the staff. I believe there to be a lot of corruption. People getting blamed because the company doesn’t check on everything. Or If something goes wrong the higher ups put the blame on the staff under them.

They never take accountability for their actions. I was fired because apparently I didn’t pick up work hours. But truth be told I drop down because the person in charge of me was rude and incompetent at there job. It is there task to make sure that I am on the schedule. I was fired and didn’t know until I went to another house to work and my login didn’t work.

They didn’t contact me or anything to tell me that I have been terminated. They procrastinate on giving me an answer as to why I was fired. I got another job just like it and I’m still in the same situation. I am trying to find a remote job but they seem impossible. Since my resume has health care that is all that will appear for me.
